Wilma I. Viera Martinez

Wilma I. Viera Martinez, 56, of Wrentham, MA passed away on January 9, 2021 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. A loving and caring mother for her daughters Elena and Krystal, that lived her life to the fullest and never held back.
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on December 1, 1964, she was a daughter of Fanny Martinez de Viera of Puerto Rico and the late Miguel Viera.
She received her associate degree in culinary arts and was last employed by a large retail establishment and enjoyed her self-employed bakery business.
Wilma was a woman admired for her honesty, perseverance, and wit. She brought joy to everyone around her by simply acknowledging how important they were to her. Showing she respected and cared for every person and child she encountered. All Wilma needed to do is laugh at some point in a conversation and immediately relief and joy would be felt by everyone. Her absence will be felt not just in her family, but from all parts of Puerto Rico and the U.S. There are no metaphors or comparisons to anything that would allow an accurate description of the love her family and friends feel towards Wilma, and the grief felt by those same people in her absence. The family would like to thank everyone who shares these moments with them and wish them peace and tranquility.
In addition to her mother, she leaves two daughters: Elena Medina in Massachusetts and Krystal Serrano in Pennsylvania; two sisters: Nixa Viera in Puerto Rico and Vivianne Viera in Georgia and a brother: Joel Viera in Puerto Rico.
Visitation has been respectfully omitted.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
