William Jackson C. Johnson, Jr., 53, of Elizabeth Street, Attleboro, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Monday, August 15, 2011. He was the loving husband of Michele B. (Mackey) Johnson to whom he was married on April 12, 1986. Mr. Johnson was born in Attleboro, Massachusetts on March 9, 1958, the son of Patricia A. (Wilton) Johnson of Corinna, Maine and the late William C. Johnson, Sr. He was raised and educated in North Attleboro, where he was a 1976 graduate of North Attleboro High School. He resided in Attleboro for the last 28 years, having moved from North Attleboro. Mr. Johnson was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force having served from his enlistment on November 4, 1976 until his honorable discharge on November 3, 1980. He worked in the maintenance department at the Brook Haven Estates in Attleboro for the past 20 years. One of Mr. Johnsons greatest passions was riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He was a devoted member of the Blackstone Valley H.O.G. Association and was an active fundraiser for the organization. In addition to his wife of over 25 years and his mother, he leaves a daughter: Katie L. (Johnson) Fears of Attleboro; a son: Scott W. Johnson of Attleboro; a granddaughter: Kailah A. Fears of Attleboro; a sister: Helen C. (Johnson) Marshall of Attleboro and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
