William Henry Boone

William "Bill" H. Boone, 75, of Taunton Street, Wrentham died on Monday, November 18, 2013 at Norwood Hospital in Norwood. He was the husband of Gail L. (Santoro) Boone to whom he was married on September 28, 1968. Born in Dedham, Massachusetts on February 27, 1938, he was a son of the late William H. Boone, Jr. and Esther (Edwards) Boone. Mr. Boone was a proud veteran of the United States Marines. He was employed as a parts supplier for the Chrysler Corporation for over twenty-five years prior to his retirement in May of 2013. The military was very important to Mr. Boone; his love for the Marines was strong. He was an avid reader and enjoyed watching movies. In addition to his beloved wife, he leaves one son: Daryl V. Boone of Franklin; two sisters and one brother: Esther (Boone) Eckhart of Jacksonville, Florida; Nancy (Boone) Maki of Gardner; Kenneth Boone of Leesburg, Florida; several nieces and nephews.
