Dr. Vladimir Evdokimov M.D., a beloved son, husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2023, at the age of 62. He was surrounded by his loving family at his home in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
Born on August 27, 1960, in the small Russian village of Bitiya in the Tumen region, Vladimir was the son of Anatoly Evdokimov and Valentina (Koreleva) Evdokimova. He grew up in a close-knit community and developed a strong work ethic from a young age.
In Russia, Dr. Evdokimov was a renowned thoracic surgeon, dedicating his life to the field of medicine. His commitment and skill earned him great respect from his colleagues in Omsk, Russia.
Beyond his professional achievements, Vladimir had a zest for life. He loved to travel both domestically and internationally, exploring new cultures and experiencing the wonders of the world. He cherished the moments spent with his family, particularly enjoying the tranquility of beach outings together.
Vladimir will be remembered for his kind heart, generous spirit, and warm smile. He possessed a remarkable sense of humor, effortlessly brightening the atmosphere with his jokes and captivating stories. Above all, he deeply loved his family and treasured the time spent with them.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Elena Evdokimova; his children, Vitaly Evdokimov and Julia Evdokimova; his grandchildren, Alysa and Daniel; his brother, Alexander Evdokimov; and many other relatives and friends.
