Virginia M. (Brockett) Graham, 92, of Towne Street, North Attleboro, died on April 15, 2015 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. She was the wife of the late Frederick C. Graham. Born in St. Joseph, Missouri on July 11, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Harvey B. Brockett and Gladys Mae (Robertson) Brockett. She was raised and educated in Missouri and was a graduate of Benton High School in St. Joseph. She was a dedicated homemaker to her family. Mrs. Graham had been a North Attleboro resident since 1946. She was a former member of the United Methodist Church in North Attleboro and in later years was a member of Central Congregational Church, Attleboro Falls. Several years ago, Mrs. Graham donated all of her property on Towne Street to the Town of North Attleboro Conservation Commission to be used for recreational purposes by town residents. Mrs. Graham, as an avid gardener, also bequeathed her collection of gardening and flower books to Richards Memorial Library in North Attleboro. She leaves a sister: Joyce Hansen of St. Joseph, Missouri; a niece; a nephew; extended family members and many local friends. In addition to being predeceased by her husband, she was also predeceased by her son: Thomas Charles Graham in 1994. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the "Commonwealth Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.
