Vicki A. (Lewis) Gausland, 69, of Attleboro, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2013 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. She was the wife of William K. Gausland, whom she married on July 3, 1994. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on September 3, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Norman F. and Florence (Hangum) Lewis. Vicki was a graduate of Heidelberg High School in Germany, Class of 1962 and of Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL. She was employed as a Customer Service representative at Absolute Backorder Service, Inc. in Wrentham. Mrs. Gausland enjoyed gardening and painting. She volunteered for New Hope, as she loved to help others in need. Most important to her was her loving family. In addition to her husband, Vicki leaves two children: Jim M. Martin and his wife, Rebecca A. (Bruce) Martin of Louisville, KY; Jeff T. Martin, also of Louisville, KY; two step-children: Scott W. Gausland and his wife Tracy, of Barrington, RI; Ryan K. Gausland and his wife Kristine, of Seekonk; five grandchildren: Kaely E. Martin, Briana N., Zachary, Jake and Scott Gausland. Funeral Service and Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Gausland's name to New Hope, 140 Park Street #2, Attleboro, MA 02703.
