Todd S. Ganci, 60, of Bellingham, MA, passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021.
Born in Attleboro, MA, on January 18, 1961, he was the son of the late James J. Ganci and the late Gerda E. Ganci.
Todd graduated from Bishop Feehan High School in 1979 and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Swain School of Design in 1983, and his Naturopathic Doctor from Hardy School of Natural Medicine in 2002. He was a member of the American Naturopathic Medical Association since 2002. As a teenager, he excelled in sports, especially baseball and hockey. He competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting from 1980 through 1986 and won numerous titles, including Eastern American Champion, Mr. East Coast and Mr. Massachusetts.
Todd was an extremely creative person; he was a visual artist, an author, an independent filmmaker, a singer, songwriter, and producer with over 200 original songs. He referred to himself as 'T3 Twisted Titanium Todd' because of his titanium hips and shoulders, the result of osteoarthritis, a gene type called HLA-B27 and the disease ankylosing spondylitis. Of all his accomplishments, he was proudest of his commitment to clean living: he never consumed alcohol or took painkillers even though he was in pain most of his life, and he was a vegan from the early 1980's. Todd committed his entire adult life to helping people learn how to live in a healthy way. He designed and owned several successful websites including ProfessionalDiets.com and TGanci.com.
Our family will always remember Todd as being very witty with a terrific sense of humor. At family gatherings, he enjoyed retelling all the old stories about the crazy adventures we had growing up on Armstrong Drive. Our family gatherings will never be the same without him.
He is survived by his three sisters: Heidi Di Giovanni of N. Falmouth, MA; Jill Ganci of Pembroke, MA; and Stefanie Kandalaft of Hartsdale, NY; one niece; five nephews; and three great-nephews. He was the brother of the late James G. Ganci.
