Timothy F. Morin Sr.

Timothy F. Morin, Sr., 59, of Attleboro, MA; passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021, at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. He was the husband of Nancy J. (Goulet) Morin to whom he was married on September 22, 1984.
Born in Attleboro, MA on October 24, 1962, he was one of ten children born to Julianna (Sartor) Morin in California and the late Normand J. Morin. Raised and educated in his native community, he was a 1982 graduate of Bishop Feehan High School, Attleboro. He remained a lifelong resident of the City of Attleboro and as a man of faith and devotion, was a lifelong communicant of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church where he attended Mass regularly.
In earlier years, Timothy was employed by the City of Attleboro Parks Department having worked at Capron Park. For many years, he was the manager and administrator of the family business, Pleasant Street Rest Home, Attleboro.
Timothy enjoyed cooking, had a taste for anything seafood and enjoyed saltwater fishing particularly on Cape Cod.
Times spent working in his yard, repairing vehicles, doing household projects were among his favorite pastimes. He was a devoted fan of the Boston Bruins and New England Patriots. He enjoyed times spent travelling with his family, particularly to Florida and Disney.
In addition to his wife of 37 years, he leaves a son: Timothy F. Morin, Jr. of Attleboro, MA; a grandson: Aidan Timothy Morin of Attleboro, MA; his siblings: Norman Morin of Lowell, MA; Theresa Morin, Mary McGowan, Thomas Morin, Cecelia Morin, Julie Pittman, Cathy Keating, Dr. Paul Morin, and Margaret Morin all in California; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
He was the doting and loving father of the late Heather Lynn (Morin) Rocha who died on November 15, 2020.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Visitation on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend the funeral on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. from the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, North Main Street, Attleboro, MA.
Burial will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Attleboro, MA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Timothy's name may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society, One St. John's Place, Attleboro, MA  02703.
