Timothy "Tim" Mark O'Malley, 65, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 19, 2018 at his home with his wife Gale and cat "Bailey"at his side. He was the beloved husband of Gale L. (Dunbar) O'Malley, to whom he was married on December 31, 1998.
Born on June 15, 1953 in Detroit, MI, he was the son of the late Gerard and Jean O. (Thompson) O'Malley.
A resident of North Attleboro since 1998, he previously lived in Attleboro and in Norton, MA. Tim worked for many years in automotive parts sales for Boch Toyota in Attleboro, before retiring in 2009.
He loved cars and especially loved music. He was a self-taught musician who proudly taught his grandson Timothy to play the guitar. Tim had a special place in his heart for his cat, "Bailey". More than anything, though, he deeply loved and cherished his family.
In addition to his wife, Gale, he leaves his loving children: Amanda O' Malley of New Bedford, MA; Sean O'Malley of New Bedford, MA; and his step-son, Timothy T. Dunbar and his wife, Maria M. (Saccone) Dunbar, of Wrentham, MA. He was the adoring grandfather of Daveon, Jaeson, Mariah, Trishelle, and Timothy; and the proud great-grandfather of Jacob. Tim was the dear brother of Dennis O'Malley and his wife, Donna, of St. Petersburgh, FL; Colleen Myers and her husband, Ed, of Walpole, MA; the late Patrick O'Malley; and the late Brian O'Malley. He leaves several nieces and nephews, many musician friends, and many dear friends.
All services will be private.
