Thomas John Theodore, 59, of Kelley Boulevard, North Attleboro, died on Sunday, March 21, 2004 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital West Campus in Boston following a long illness. He was the husband of Carol Ann (Smith) Theodore to whom he was married on October 26, 1968. Born in Attleboro, Massachusetts on April 5, 1944, he was a son of Bella A. (Souza) Theodore of North Attleboro and the late Ernest Joseph Theodore. He resided in Attleboro until the age of 5 when he moved to North Attleboro and remained a resident for the next 54 years. He attended North Attleboro schools. Mr. Theodore was self-employed as a heating, ventilation and air conditioning technician and sheet metalist for many years prior to his retirement due to illness. He was a communicant of St. Mark?s Roman Catholic Church, Attleboro Falls. Mr. Theodore was an outdoorsman and sportsman who enjoyed skimobiling, hunting, fishing, motorcycling, sailing and boating and golfing. In addition to his wife of 35 years and his mother, he leaves a daughter: Heather J. Crowley and her husband, Michael F. Crowley, III of Attleboro; a sister: Patricia A. Cotterill of Norton; a grandson: Michael F. Crowley IV of Attleboro and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late James L. Theodore who died in 1946. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend the funeral service with patriotic honors on Friday, March 26, 2004 at 8:45 AM from the ?Commonwealth Chapel? of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Mark?s Church, Stanley Street, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro with Rev. Bruce Collard, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary?s Cemetery, Attleboro Falls. Visitation with patriotic honors will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2004 from 5:00 - 9:00 PM in the ?Commonwealth Chapel? of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.
