Thomas William Holmes, Iii

Thomas William Holmes, III, 50, of Broad Street, Rehoboth, died unexpectedly at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island on Tuesday, May 31, 2011. He was the beloved husband of Donna Lee (Guidice) Holmes to whom he was married on October 10, 1992. Born in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia on March 5, 1961, he was a son of Thomas William Holmes, Jr. and Jeanne (Harnedy) Holmes of Cranston, Rhode Island. He was raised and educated in Cranston where he was a 1979 graduate of Cranston East High School. He later attended the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Holmes was employed as a custom design woodworker for SoundFX in West Warwick, Rhode Island for the past three years. Previously, Mr. Holmes was the owner and operator of Krystorian Sound in Rehoboth for 12 years. A resident of Rehoboth for the past 19 years, Mr. Holmes previously resided in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. He will be lovingly remembered for his strong work ethic and his devotion to his cherished family. In addition to his wife of 19 years and his parents, he leaves two daughters: Krystle E. Miranda of East Providence, Rhode Island and Victoria J. Holmes of Rehoboth; a grandchild: Taylor L. Miranda of East Providence, Rhode Island; three siblings: Mark Holmes in Virginia; Gregg Holmes in New Jersey and Eric Holmes in Rhode Island; three aunts: Lois Holmes in Florida and Patricia Harlacker and Sandra Harnedy both in Rhode Island and several extended family members and dear friends. A Celebration of His Life will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011 from 4:00 8:00 PM at the Hillside Country Club, Rehoboth. Dreams are like angels They keep bad at bay.
