Thomas "Tommy" Francis Jordan, 64, of Plainville, MA, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018.Born on April 8, 1954 in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late Thomas A. Jordan and the late Marion D. (Wischnowsky) Jordan. A graduate of King Philip High School, Class of 1972, he received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, and had worked as an Accountant at Plain Ridge Casino in Plainville. Tommy proudly and honorably served our country in the United States Marines.A lifelong resident of Plainville, he was a man of great faith and a longtime member of St. Martha's Parish in Plainville. Tom was an avid Red Sox fan, enjoyed playing golf, riding motorcycles, and day trading. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the NRA, and had a very special place in his heart for his faithful companion, "Buster".He leaves behind two daughters: Kelley Ann of Virginia, and Kristen Marie of Florida. Tommy was the proud grandfather of Nyla Barros, Kelis Barros, Connor Dagiel, and Adaline Dagiel. He was the dear brother of Mary Ellen Mercier of Walpole, MA; Elaine A. Delisle of North Smithfield, RI; Elizabeth H. Sousa of Attleboro, MA; Peter R. Jordan of Delaware; Steven J. Jordan of Florida; and Shelley A. Powers of Hillsboro, NH.
