Thomas Malcolm Dunn Sr.
July 27, 1951 — October 16, 2023
Thomas "Tom" Malcolm Dunn, Sr., 72, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away on October 16, 2023, at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, MA following a short illness. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen Robinson (Vickery) Dunn to whom he was married on November 30, 1979.
Born in Attleboro, MA on July 27, 1951, he was a son of the late John L. Dunn, Sr. and the late Leah (Brown) Dunn. He was a lifelong resident of North Attleboro and was a 1969 graduate of North Attleboro High School where he was a member of the football team.
Mr. Dunn was the owner and operator of T. Dunn Enterprises, a construction company, for more than 30 years. Later, he was employed as a truck driver for Miller Recycling prior to his retirement.
In earlier years, he had attended the First Congregational Church, North Attleboro, MA.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and hunting. He was the faithful companion of his beloved canine friend, "Jack".
Mr. Dunn was a past exalted ruler and member of the B.P.O.E. - North Attleboro.
In addition to his wife, he leaves his children: Keri Drake and her husband, Lee Drake, of Franklin, MA and Thomas Malcom Dunn, Jr,. and his partner, Sara Almeida, of North Attleboro, MA; two grandchildren: Abigail Drake and Joel Drake both of Franklin, MA; a brother: William Dunn in Zephyrhills, Florida and nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
He was the brother of the late John L. Dunn, Jr. who died on October 18, 2020.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Saturday, October 21, 2023, from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Thomas' name may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
