Theresa Ann Wilbee

Theresa Ann (Dargis) Wilbee, 87, of South Washington Street, North Attleboro, MA, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. She was the former wife of John "Jack" Francis Wilbee. Born on March 3, 1928 in Attleboro, MA, she was the daughter of Henry Dargis and Blanche (Alix) Dargis. A lifelong resident of North Attleboro, Theresa was employed as a Bench Setter at the former Jeweled Cross Company in North Attleboro for many years, before retiring. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, North Attleboro, always enjoyed playing cards, spending time with her treasured family and friends, and delighted in pizza parties. Theresa could often be found participating in community room activities. Theresa is survived by her beloved children: Lawrence C. Wilbee and his wife, Tina Marie (Osborne) Wilbee of Virginia Beach, VA; and Linda Marie (Wilbee) Lambert, and her companion, Carl H. Evans, Jr., of Attleboro, MA; her brother, Richard Wain of RI; her four cherished grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, her extended family, and many dear friends. She was the sister of the late Henry Dargis; Blanche Marsland; Charles Wain; Albert Wain; Robert Wain; Donald Wain; and Bernadette Marie Riley. Visitation has respectfully been omitted. Burial will be private alongside her parents in St. Mary's Cemetery, Towne Street, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Theresa's memory to the American Cancer Society at 30 Speen St, Framingham, MA 01701.
