Theresa Rita (Paul) Shirinian, 95, of South Attleboro, peacefully passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Madonna Manor in North Attleboro, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late Simon J. Shirinian.Born on October 15, 1920 in Attleboro, MA, she was the daughter of the late Moise Paul and Sophie (Clavette) Paul.A resident of South Attleboro for more than fifty years, she worked for many years as a textile worker. She was a member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church in South Attleboro.Theresa enjoyed gardening, especially flowers; puzzles, particularly word searches; games shows, embroidery, and Bingo. She was a long-time and ardent fan of her New England Patriots. Theresa was most proud of, and derived the greatest joy from, her beloved family. She is survived by her children: Rita T. (Shirinian) King and her husband, William King, of South Attleboro, MA; John E. Shirinian and his wife, Sheila A. Shirinian, of South Attleboro, MA; and Susan H. (Shirinian) Johnson and her husband, David Johnson, of NC. She leaves ten cherished grandchildren, and numerous treasured great and great-great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.Theresa was the loving mother of the late Richard J. Shirinian, and the sister of the late Noel, George, Armand, John, William, Charles, Alfred, and Felix Paul, and Bernadette (Paul) LeBlanc-Riley. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Visitation on Monday, June 6, 2016 from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.
