Theresa Delia (Sullivan) LeFrancois, 84, of Madonna Manor, North Attleboro, formerly of Pike Avenue, Attleboro, died on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Madonna Manor Nursing Home in North Attleboro where she had been a resident since July 2008. She was the wife of the late Gerard Albert LeFrancois to whom he was married on May 26, 1951 and who died on December 3, 2007. Born in Providence, Rhode Island on September 17, 1927, she was a daughter of the late John Arthur and Mary E. (McKenna) Sullivan. Born in Rhode Island, she was raised and educated in New Hampshire where she was a graduate of Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro. Mrs. LeFrancois was a retired sales clerk having worked for CVS on Main Street in Pawtucket for many years. She resided in North Attleboro for almost four years having previously resided in Attleboro since 1954 and formerly of Pawtucket and New Hampshire. She was a longtime communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church in Attleboro and more recently attended Blessed Pope John Paul II, formerly St. Cecilia's Roman Catholic Church, in Pawtucket where her daughter-in-law serves as the church secretary. Mrs. LeFrancois was a member of M.A.R.C.O.M. - the Model A Restorers Club of Massachusetts and as an avid genealogical researcher and enthusiast she was a member of the American-French Genealogical Society. She leaves two sons: Allan G. LeFrancois and his wife, Kathleen L. (Babcock) LeFrancois, of Attleboro and John A. LeFrancois of Sacramento, California; two granddaughters: Sarah L. LeFrancois and Melissa A. LeFrancois both of Attleboro and a sister-in-law: Mary E. (Graham) Sullivan, wife of her late brother, John A. Sullivan, Jr., in New Jersey. She was also the sister of the late Mary Sullivan Davis. Visitation has been respectfully omitted. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Blessed Pope John Paul II Roman Catholic Church, formerly know as St. Cecilia's Roman Catholic Church, 1253 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Burial will follow at North Purchase Cemetery, Attleboro.
