Thelma Frances Wright, 88, of Plainville, passed away at Madonna Manor in North Attleboro on April 1, 2014. She was the wife of the late Francis E. Wright, Sr. who passed away on February 3, 1975. Born in Dedham on December 23, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Irving and Dorothy (Kirchdorfer) Scharegge. Thelma was a graduate of Dedham High School, Class of 1943. She had loved working for Westinghouse Electric for seventeen years before meeting and marrying the love of her life. Mrs. Wright had been employed as cook/housekeeper at Amego, Inc. in Attleboro for ten years prior to her retirement in 1994. Thelma enjoyed many summers with her best friends, whom were all parents of autistic children. They were all advocates of the disability and took very good care of them. She was an avid ten-pin bowler and loved to cook; but most important to Thelma was her family. Mrs. Wright is survived by her children: Francis E. Wright, Jr. of Mansfield; Cheryl A. Flynn and her husband, David S. Flynn of Attleboro; David E. Wright of Plainville; Cyndi D. Rouillard and her husband, Edward Rouillard of Norton; two sisters: Marion Pederson of Dedham; Beverly Johnson of Plainville; two beloved and cherished grandchildren: Amanda Rae Rouillard and Matthew Francis Rouillard, both of Norton. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends. She was the sister of the late Phyllis Dillon of Randolph. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a visitation on Sunday, April 6, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 PM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right, mile on the left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend Funeral Services on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home.
