Suzanne Marie Dulac

Suzanne Marie (Champagne) Dulac, 78, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, passed away at her residence surrounded by her loving family on February 27, 2025, following a short illness. She was the wife of the late Leon P. Dulac to whom she was married on September 2, 1966.

Born in Montreal, Canada on April 7, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Rene A. Champagne and the late Marieanna (Belisle) Champagne. Raised and educated in Woonsocket, she was a 1963 graduate of St. Clare High School.

She was primarily a homemaker; however, in later years she was employed as a bank teller and retail store clerk.

In earlier years, she was an active volunteer with the Girl Scouts USA. Her favorite pastimes included sewing, gardening, and the time spent creating lifelong memories with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was the mother of Donna Lee Roy and her husband, Kevin Roy, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island and James G. G. Dulac and of Woonsocket, Rhode Island; grandmother of: Marissa Rodriguez and her husband, Alejandro Rodriguez, and Makayla Roy all of Woonsocket, Rhode Island; great grandmother of Dean and Luke Rodriguez..

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Church in Woonsocket, RI.

Burial in St. Jean the Baptiste in Bellingham, MA will be private.

Please omit flowers. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
