Steven James Messier, 37, of Seekonk, MA, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020 in Foxboro, MA.
Born on May 11, 1983 in Pawtucket, RI, he was the son of Ronald P. Messier of Providence, RI and Sharon L. (Finnegan) Messier of Seekonk, MA.
Raised and educated in Norton, MA, having moved there from Pawtucket, RI in 1992, he was a graduate of Norton High School. Steven worked as a cook for several area restaurants. Steven was an ardent fisherman and throughout his life displayed a strong work ethic.
In addition to his parents, he leaves his brother, Paul J. McKinley of Seekonk, MA. He was the brother of the late Mark Allan Messier, the paternal grandson of the late Paul and Mary Messier, and the maternal grandson of the late Henry and Hilda (Farrin) Finnegan. He leaves his extended family and many good friends.
Visitation has respectfully been omitted, and all services will be private.
