Stephen M. Levesque, Sr., 72, of Middleboro, formerly of Plainville, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Golden Living Center Of Plymouth. He was the husband of Anne M. (Whelan) Levesque, to whom he was married on September 20, 1967. Born in Providence, RI on November 26, 1941, he was the son of the late Gedeon V. and Nina (Kurda) Levesque. Mr. Levesque was a graduate of Warwick High School, Class of 1959. He served his country in the United States Army. Stephen worked as a mechanical engineer and district sales manager for Hgglund Denison Corporation in Michigan. He retired at age 64. He was a member of St. Martha's Parish in Plainville. Mr. Levesque was avid about sailing, a model boat builder and a member of the Model Boat Club in Framingham, MA. Stephen was a skeet shooter in Plainville and a motorcycle enthusiast who enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson with his wife. He was also a member of the Old Timers Motorcycle Group. In addition to his wife of forty-six years; Stephen is survived by his children: S. Michael Levesque, Jr. of Mansfield and Nicole M. Hargrove of Sutton, MA; two grandchildren: Riley I. Hargrove and Jack Ryan Hargrove and a nephew: Jason A. Wisner. He was the brother of the late Sandra Wisner. Per request of the family, services will be private.
