Stephen Joseph Burgess, 64, of Attleboro, MA passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Easton, MA.

Born in Attleboro, MA on June 15, 1961, he was a son of the late Raymond A. Burgess and the late Muriel A. (Sherry) Burgess. He was raised and educated in North Attleboro, MA. He received an associate's degree in computer science from New England Tech.

Mr. Burgess was the owner and operator of Three Seasons Landscaping.

He was an ardent photographer and enjoyed playing cornhole and cards and treasured time spent on his motorcycle.

He was the father of Eric Burgess of Glocester, RI and Daniel Burgess of Attleboro, MA; grandfather of Elizabeth Burgess of Glocester, RI; brother of Nancy Reynolds and her husband, Kerry Reynolds, of Tyner, North Carolina; Thomas Burgess and his wife, Rosalie-Mary Burgess, of Attleboro, MA; Richard Burgess and his wife, Patricia Burgess, of North Attleboro, MA; Kathleen Wegiel and her husband, John Wegiel, of Plainville, MA and David Burgess and his wife, Joan Burgess, of North Attleboro, MA. He was the uncle of 10 nieces and nephews and great uncle of 10 nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Visitation on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA followed by a Prayer Service after visitation at 7:00 pm.

Private burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, North Attleboro, MA.
