Saul Salguero

Saul Salguero, 55, of Attleboro, MA passed away unexpectedly on May 27, 2025, in Attleboro, MA. He was the beloved husband of Elsa Esmeralda (Cordon Perdomo) Salguero to whom he was married in their native Guatemala.

Born in Tepemechines Los Amates, on November 21, 1969, he was a son of the late Juan Antonio Salguero and the late Maria Antonia Cordon. He was raised and educated in his native Guatemala he immigrated to the United States and proudly became a U.S. citizen.

As a professional cook, he was employed at the LongHorn Steakhouse in North Attleboro, the Holiday Inn in Mansfield, Gate House Management in Raynham and lastly and currently at Bliss Restaurant in Attleboro for the past five years.

A spiritual man, he worshipped at the Arca de Salvacion in Attleboro where he enjoyed preaching the gospel.

He was a fan of Futbol and UFC Boxing and he will be remembered for being the family jokester and his love of cooking for family and friends.

In addition to his wife, he leaves his children: Zulmi Esmeralda Salguero Cordon in Maryland; Emily Jeanette Salguero Cordon of Attleboro, MA; Marlene Pahola Salguero Cordon of Attleboro, MA; Josue Daniel Salguero Cordon of Attleboro, MA and Andy Emmanuel Salguero Cordon of Attleboro; his grandson: Thiago Leandro Munoz Salguero in Maryland and was the brother of Olga Perdomo, Vilma Portillo, Roberto Salguero, Juan Carlos Salguero, Hermindo Salguero, Marina Salguero, Tina Salguero, Lithia Salguero, Orlando Salguero, Emilio Salguero, Justo Salguero and Jose Salguero. He also leaves numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.

Family and friends are warmly welcome to attend Visitation on Sunday, June 1, 2025, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 11:00 am in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.

Burial will follow in North Purchase Cemetery, North Main Street, Attleboro, MA.
