Ryan Russell Heon, 32, of Church Street, Raynham, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 in Sutton, Massachusetts. He was the fianc of Dawna Marie Clinton with whom he resided. Born in Providence, Rhode Island on April 8, 1976, he was a son of Eugene R. ?Gene? and Marilyn Theresa (Ryan) Heon. He resided in the Manville section of Lincoln, Rhode Island prior to moving to Raynham last year from Assonet where he had resided for two years. While living in Raynham he and his family were communicants of St. Ann?s Roman Catholic Church. He was a graduate of Ocean Tides Academy in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Mr. Heon was employed as a union laborer for several years and for the past seven years was employed by S & F Concrete in Hudson as a member of the North Regional Laborer?s Union. His life revolved around his love for his family and he especially treasured the times spent with his beloved father and best friend, ?Gene?, whom together they enjoyed much motorcycling together. As the only male of six children, he and his family shared a special bond that will be forever cherished and remembered. His additional special interests included camping and snowboarding but closest to his heart was the time spent among family and friends. He will be lovingly remembered as a ?very caring and compassionate person? by those who feel a void by his absence. In addition to his fianc and parents, he leaves two children: Amelia L. Heon, age 8, of Cranston, Rhode Island and Olivia S. Heon, age 18 months; of Raynham; two stepchildren: Casey Mello, age 17, of Raynham and Briannah Madera, age 13, of Raynham and he was ?father in heart and soul? to Samantha Stacilauskas of Cranston, Rhode Island. He additionally leaves five sisters: Cindy J. Palmer of North Attleboro; Deanna L. Heon of Hartland, Vermont; Jeanne M. Lariviere of North Providence, Rhode Island; Kristen A. Heon of Manville, Rhode Island and Sara E. Heon of West Memphis, Arkansas; maternal grandmother: Ann Lallier of Cumberland, Rhode Island and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and dear friends. He was the paternal grandson of the late Wilmer and Doris (Laliberte) Ryan and was the maternal grandson of the late Roger Lallier. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family honoring him by attending visitation on Monday, May 12, 2008 anytime between the hours of 5:00 ? 8:00 PM in the ?Memorial Chapel? of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Those in need of a ride to visitation may call the funeral home at (508) 695-0200 for free transportation. Funeral services and burial will be private. Please do not send flowers.
