Ruth Estelle Brederson

Ruth Estelle (Kazarian) Brederson, 83, of Attleboro, peacefully passed away at her home on Sunday, May 22, 2016. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles B. Brederson, Jr., who died on August 19, 2011.Born on November 30, 1932 in Rumford, RI, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Kazarian and Bertha (Greene) Kazarian.A resident of Attleboro, MA for more than fifty years, she had been employed for many years by the Roman Company in Attleboro as a Jewelry Factory Worker and Order Picker.Ruth delighted in going to the casino, playing Bingo and slots. She loved spending time on Cape Cod where she had a timeshare residence and was a member of the Women of the Moose Club, Lodge 2270, in Yarmouth. She particularly enjoyed visiting and shopping in Dennis Port. Most of all, Ruth simply loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her loving children: Richard A. Brederson, Sr., of Attleboro, MA; Deborah K. (Brederson) Girouard of Attleboro, MA; and Lynne L. (Brederson) Yeatman of MD. She was the sister of Leon Kazarian and his wife, Kathy Kazarian, of Pawtucket, RI; and leaves six cherished grandchildren: Stephanie L. Bergeron of Norton, MA; Christine A. Lynch of Norton, MA; Richard A. Brederson, Jr., of Lincoln, RI; Jill D. Brederson of IL; Sgt. Stephen E. Girouard of CA; and Chelsea L. Yeatman of MD; ten treasured great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Ruth was the sister of the late Bernard Greene, Charles Kazarian, Arthur Kazarian, Richard Kazarian, and Charlotte (Kazarian) McDonald.Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Visitation on Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, 3/4 mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.Burial services will be private.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ruth's memory to the Disabled American Veterans, 3725 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076, or online at www.dav.org.For additional information or to send the family a written expression of sympathy, please visit an on-line guest book at www.dyer-lakefuneralhome.com .
