Ronald P. Shirosky, 83, of North Attleboro, MA passed away unexpectedly upon arrival to Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA on March 21, 2025. He proudly served in the United States Army Reserves.

Mr. Shirosky, also know as “killer”, was employed as a forklift operator for the former Star Market Distribution Center in Norwood, MA for 29 years until his retirement. Following his retirement, he joined his wife and daughter, Christine, working with the special needs department as school bus monitor for the North Attleboro school department for many years

His favorite pastimes were playing his weekly cribbage game with his daughter Debbie, watching Chicago fire, spending time, having great conversations with his loving family and friends. So many lifelong memories to cherish. Additionally, Ron was a big sports fan, but he was a huge fan of the New England Patriots. Winning or losing he was always watching. The best part of his day was driving down to the shell gas station down the street every morning to visit his “friends” and play his 13 games of quick pick KENO, the daily numbers and grab his two scratch tickets every day.

Ron loved his family traditions, especially Easter! The whole weekend, from the coloring of the eggs to the egg cracking tournament and who was going to win the family trophy for the year to come. He was truly proud of this life long tradition.

He was the beloved father of Christine Marie Shirosky of North Attleboro, MA; Debra Ann Brogan and her husband, John S. Brogan, who was like a son to Ron, of North Attleboro, MA and Linda Beth Briggs and her husband, David L. Briggs, of North Attleboro, MA; known as Papa Ski to his cherished grandchildren: Veronica Ann Brogan of Burlington, Vermont; Madalynne Rose Brogan of North Attleboro, MA; Zachary William Gousie of North Attleboro, MA and Joshua Brian Gousie of Attleboro, MA; will deeply miss him also his Goddaughter and niece: Sheri Queenan of Holbrook, MA; a nephew: Jeff Shirosky of West Bridgewater, MA and an additional niece: Joanne Barrett of Brockton, MA and Savanah Cuevas, whom he thought of as a granddaughter, of Mansfield, MA.
