Ronald "Ron" Lawrence Lesieur, 74, of Attleboro, Massachusetts passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center Providence, Rhode Island. He was the adored husband of Rachel Camilla (Letourneau) Lesieur.
Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on August 27, 1948, he was the son of the late Laurence E. Lesieur and the late Theresa M. (Lefebvre) Lesieur.
He graduated from Tolman High School in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Class of 1966. He spent his career working in Shipping, Receiving and Maintenance for Jostens in MA. He also worked at Douglas Liquors at Tri-boro Plaza in North Attleboro, MA and Dub's liquors in Mansfield, MA before retiring in 2019.
An avid football fan, Ron was a huge supporter of the New England Patriots. One of his favored stories to tell was when he met the G.O.A.T. himself, Tom Brady at St. Mark Church in Attleboro Falls, MA. He also loved to travel whether it was by sea on a cruise or by land to Maine. He was a communicant of both the Transfiguration of the Lord Parish - St. Mary's and St. Mark Church.
Left to mourn his loss is his wife Rachel Camilla Lesieur, of Attleboro, MA, his daughters: Melissa Anne Wilson, of Taunton, MA; and Angela Theresa Jewell, of Barrington, Rhode Island; His grandchildren: Dakota Rose Wilson, of Taunton, MA; Samuel David Jewell and Owen Ronald Jewell, Barrington, Rhode Island; his brother: Dennis Lesieur, of Clearwater, Florida; and his mother-in-law Rita C. Letourneau, of Attleboro, MA. and several extended family members and friends.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Ronald's Celebration of Life on Tuesday June 13, 2023 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA. Followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am.
Burial will follow at St Stephen's Cemetery in Attleboro, MA.
