Roland M. H. St. Pierre

Roland M. H. St. Pierre, 79, of Elm Terrace, North Attleboro, died on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island following a brief illness. Born in Attleboro, Massachusetts on December 11, 1932, he was a son of the late Arthur J. and Arreata (Smith) St. Pierre. He was a lifelong resident of the City of Attleboro until he moved to North Attleboro nine years ago. He was a graduate of Attleboro High School. Mr. St. Pierre was a veteran of the United States Army having served from 1952 until his honorable discharge in 1954. He spent his career in the ornamental design and engraving industry having been employed by the Marathon Company and Carey Bros. Co. in Attleboro for many years. He was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church, Attleboro. Mr. St. Pierre was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks - Lodge 1014, Attleboro and the Moose Club of Attleboro. He enjoyed playing pool with his friends at the North Attleboro Senior Center and was a former league bowler. Mr. St. Pierre leaves his children: Debra A. Rollinson of Pawtucket, Rhode Island; Suzanne St. Pierre in South Carolina; Scott R. St. Pierre in Thailand; Lori Baldwin of Pawtucket, Rhode Island and Thomas St. Pierre of Torrington, Connecticut; his siblings: Douglas St. Pierre of Attleboro; Allen St. Pierre of Attleboro; Carol Harris of Attleboro and Robert St. Pierre of Bow, New Hampshire; 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. He was the father of the late Timothy St. Pierre who died in 1998 and was the brother of the late Arthur St. Pierre and Noel St. Pierre. Visitation has been respectfully omitted.
