Robin Monique (Lombardi) Harris, 38, of Cote Street, Attleboro, died on Tuesday, June 24, 2003 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts surrounded by the love of her family. She was the wife of Paul T. Harris to whom she was married on October 1, 1988. Born in Warwick, Rhode Island on September 5, 1964, she was a daughter of Edward V. and Vivian A. (LaPlante) Lombardi of South Kingston, Rhode Island. She was a 1982 graduate of Coventry High School and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Stonehill College in 1986. She later worked towards her master?s degree at Bryant College. Mrs. Harris resided in Attleboro since 1992 having previously lived in Norton from 1990 ? 1992 and in Dover, New Hampshire from 1988 ? 1990. She spent the last two years as a homemaker dedicated to her infant twins. Previously, she had been employed as a buyer for Kendall Healthcare in Mansfield for two years from 2000 ? 2002. Prior to that position she was employed by the Yankee Candle Company from 1991 ? 2000 as assistant manager at the Emerald Square Mall store in North Attleboro and later as the manager of the Cranston store. Mrs. Harris was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church, Attleboro. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, dining out, socializing and entertaining with family and friends, playing softball, watching basketball, cooking and is credited with being a ?nurturing? influence on family and friends. Mrs. Harris? favorite times of the year were holiday seasons, particularly the Christmas season. In addition to her husband of 14 years and her parents, she leaves her two-year old twins: Monique L. Harris and Benjamin L. Harris at home in Attleboro; two sisters: Dawn M. Phelps of Attleboro and Lucinda A. Bernier of South Kingston, RI; a brother: Mark E. Lombardi of Burrillville, RI; her paternal grandmother: Florette (Jalbert) Lombardi of DeBary, FL and 15 nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at on Saturday, June 28, 2003 at 9:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 133 North Main Street ? Route 152, Attleboro with the Rev. Monsignor Daniel F. Hoye, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27, 2003 in the ?Commonwealth Chapel? of the funeral home from 4:00 ? 8:00 PM. Supervised children?s room available during visitation. Those in need of a ride to visitation may call the funeral home at (508) 695-0200 for free transportation. Flowers are accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Robin M. Harris Memorial Fund, c/o Foxboro Savings Bank, 2 North Washington Street, North Attleboro, MA 02760 to benefit melanoma research and development at the Beth Israel Hospital, Boston.
