Robert E. Wilson, 87, of Rehoboth, MA and formerly of Attleboro, MA, passed away on June 13, 2023, at Pawtucket Falls Health Center. He was the beloved husband of the late Sandra Kay (Reeves) Wilson.
Born in Plymouth, NH on August 5, 1935, he was a son of the late Harold Edward Wilson and the late Frances V. (MacDonald) Wilson. He was a graduate of North Attleboro High School - Class of 1953. He lived most of his life in Attleboro.
Mr. Wilson was a United States Air Force veteran.
He was last employed as a tool design engineer by the Gillette Company in Boston, MA.
Robert was a longtime member of Murray Unitarian Universalist Church, Attleboro.
Left to mourn his loss are his two children: Pamela K. Bridges and her husband, Ralph "Skip" H. Bridges, of Attleboro, MA and Scott A. Wilson, husband of the late Michele B. (Mackey) Johnson Wilson, of Rehoboth, MA; his grandchildren: Melanie, Joshua, Jonathan, Kyle, Justin and Renee; his great-grandchildren: Oliver, Lucas, Logan, Thorsten, Lundi, Knox, Kaiden, Kinsley and Nolan; his siblings: Gloria Bardsworth in New Hampshire; Jane Fowler of North Attleboro, MA and Linda Feeney of Attleboro Falls, MA; his former daughter-in-law: Bette J. Wilson of Attleboro, MA and many extended family members and dear friends.
He was the brother of the late Shirley Ann Dross.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Visitation on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, North Attleboro, MA.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023 - his birthday, at 11:00 a.m. at Murray Unitarian Universalist Church, 505 North Main Street, Attleboro, MA.
Burial will be in the Murray Memorial Garden.
