Robert Paul Wenhold, 70, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Plymouth Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth, MA, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of D'Arcy Palo to whom he was married on October 25, 2014.
Born in Boston, MA on November 2, 1950, he was a son of the late Paul Robert Wenhold and the late Frances (Pipitone) Wenhold. He was raised and educated in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston. Mr. Wenhold resided in Wareham and Wrentham prior to moving to North Attleboro three years ago.
As a general contractor for many years, Robert was the owner and operator of RPW Services and had also been employed in various capacities for companies including ABC Distributors and Josh's Construction.
He served as a member of the Massachusetts National Guard.
Robert enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family whenever possible. He will be lovingly remembered for his talented craftsmanship, keeping busy with projects around his home, his perfectly manicured lawns, love for the game of golf, and road trips on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
He was a former New England Patriots club seat season ticket holder.
In addition to his wife, he leaves his children: Julie A. Cadena and her husband, Rudy Cadena; David R. Wenhold and his wife, Amanda, and Robert M. Wenhold; his stepchildren: Desiree, Derek and David; his granddaughters: Jayla, Marina, Madisyn, and Aubrey; his bonus grandsons: Rudy, Jr., Anthony, Zachary, David, Corbin, Jason and Nolan; his brother: Stephen Wenhold and his wife, Jacqueline; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends. Robert was a loving father, husband, Papa and friend to everyone.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Visitation on what would have been his 71st birthday - Tuesday, November 2, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA followed by a Memorial Service at 12:00 noon in the "Memorial Chapel".
Burial will be private.
