Robert "Bob" Brace Taylor, 75, of Washington Street, Plainville, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. He was the beloved husband of Sandra S. Moore, to whom he was married on September 3, 2014. Born in Providence, RI on May 16, 1940, he was a son of Edgar Taylor and Bernice (Beaudry) Taylor. He attended Fisher College, and was employed as a Pantographer for more than thirty years by Jostens, Inc., and also by Masters of Design in North Attleboro. Before moving to Plainville, he resided for many years in Attleboro, and previously in Providence, RI. Bob was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks - Lodge 1014 in Attleboro. He was an avid golfer, finding particular enjoyment as a member of the Triggs Men's Inner Club of Triggs Memorial Golf Course in Providence, RI. In addition to his loving wife, Sandra, Bob leaves his son, Gregory B. Swiech, and family friend, David Lamontagne; step-daughter, Debra A. Miller, and her husband, Lorn Miller of Uxbridge, MA; and step-son, Richard L. Moore, Jr., his wife, Julie Moore, and their daughter, Madeline L. Moore. He also leaves several nieces, nephews and extended family members and many friends. Bob was predeceased by his five brothers and sisters. Visitation has been respectfully omitted. Burial services will be private.
