Wrentham, MA - Robert A. Randall, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and distinguished industry leader, passed away leaving behind a rich legacy of love, laughter, and dedicated service to his family and career.

Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, on January 27, 1956, Bob was the son of the late Earl G. Randall, Jr., and Mary Louise Phelps. He grew up as the fourth of five children and was predeceased by his sibling, Jacqueline Randall Anderson. He is survived by his siblings Barbara Cote, Earl D. Randall, and Scott Randall.

At the center of Bob's life was his cherished wife and best friend of 50 years, Kathleen LaVange Randall. Their enduring partnership served as the bedrock of a large, devoted family. Bob was the proud father of four children: Jessica Randall Weeks, Lauren St. Pierre (husband Nathan), Rebecca Sudweeks (husband Joshua), and Robert S. Randall (wife MaryFrances McIsaac). His greatest joy came from being a grandfather to his fourteen grandchildren: Tate Thornton, Avery Thornton, London Thornton, Brady St. Pierre, Hannah St. Pierre, Lillian St. Pierre, Elizabeth Sudweeks, Jack Sudweeks, Margaret Sudweeks, Matthew Sudweeks, Theodore Sudweeks, Amelia Randall, Hunter Randall, and Hudson Randall. He eagerly anticipated the arrival of his newest grandchild, baby boy Randall, expected in January 2027.

Professionally, Bob had a distinguished 46-year career in the packaging industry, holding key leadership roles at Polytop, MWV, WestRock, and Silgan Dispensing. He retired earlier this year, after serving many years in the role of Vice President. Throughout his career, Bob was known for his leadership and industry vision, serving for many years on the Tube Council's Board of Directors. In 2022, he was the driving force behind establishing the annual Tube Council Scholarship Program, which celebrated its fifth year in 2026 and was recently named in his honor.

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Bob lived life with boundless energy and humor. He was an early morning runner, an avid fan of cars and baseball, and had a well-known passion for ice cream and popcorn. He was generous with both his time and his love, frequently delighting family and friends with his gentle pranks and warm sense of humor. He cherished simple pleasures, especially taking long walks with his dog, Lucy, and spending quiet, quality time with his lifelong best friend and wife of 50 years, Kathleen. His family and those who loved him will be lost without him.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend visitation on Friday, September 25, 2026 from 4pm until 6pm in the Memorial Chapel of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Ave, village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA. A funeral service will be held the following day, Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 11:00 am in the Memorial Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your local animal shelter to honor his beloved rescue dog, Lucy.
