Robert James Cash, 67, of Attleboro, MA passed away peacefully on December 7, 2020 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Born in Long Branch, New Jersey on June 30, 1953, he was the only child born to the late Robert J. Cash and the late Marie E. (Dilger) Cash.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in social work from Boston University and his Master's in education from Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey. Always quenching his thirst for knowledge and education, he also received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University and an Associate of Arts from Burlington County College.
Mr. Cash was employed as a social worker and educator for many years prior to his retirement.
He resided in Attleboro for the past five years having moved to the community from the greater Boston area where he lived for many years.
An ardent photographer and avid reader, he loved watching movies and his favorite television show, "Friends".
He leaves many cousins throughout the country, including Dorothea Oliveri and her family of Hillsdale, New Jersey.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
