Raymond "Ray" George Titus

February 25, 1942 — January 9, 2016

Raymond "Ray"  George Titus, 73, of Attleboro, peacefully passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center of Rhode Island. He was the husband of Sarah Jane (Warren) Titus, to whom he was married on April 11, 1967. Born in Attleboro, MA on February 25, 1942, he was the son of the late Earl Titus and Dorothy (Smith) Titus. Ray was a longtime resident of Attleboro, having previously lived in Norton, MA.  He retired in 1984 after working in Sales of industrial chemicals for more than twenty years for Reynolds & Markman, Inc. in Attleboro, MA. A creative man who could fix just about everything, he also enjoyed working on puzzles, fishing, and playing cards.  Above all, though, family was most important to Ray. In addition to his wife, Sarah, he is survived by an extensive loving family, which includes his devoted children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. Visitation has respectfully been omitted. Private graveside services will be held in Mt. Hope Cemetery and Arboretum, North Attleboro, in Spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ray's name may be made to Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
