Ralph B. Maston, 70, of Ivy Street, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, died unexpectedly at his residence on Friday, May 2, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Claudette R. (Larivee) Maston to whom he was married on August 1, 1964. Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on November 24, 1943, Mr. Maston was a son of the late Walter H. and Henrietta (Kelly) Maston. He was raised and educated in the City of Attleboro. He proudly served in the Massachusetts Army Reserves. Mr. Maston was a self-employed truck driver having been the owner and operator of R. B. Maston and Son for 46 years. He treasured the times spent driving and working with his cherished son, Ryan. He resided in Attleboro Falls for the past 21 years having moved to the village from the City of Attleboro. He had a love for classic cars and was the proud owner of a 1932 Ford and was an ardent NASCAR fan. He loved his St. Bernard, "Carly" that he affectionately called "Toots". His most memorable times were those spent in the company of his family creating lifelong memories to cherish. In addition to his wife, Mr. Maston leaves three children: Laurie L. Eno and her husband, Paul G. Eno, of Attleboro; Aimie E. Maston of Attleboro Falls and Ryan B. Maston and his wife, Jennifer A. Maston, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island; 8 grandchildren: Caitlin, Tyler, Courtney, Zachary, Nicholas, Rafe, Brandy and Meghan; four brothers: Gary Maston of Attleboro; Keith Maston of Attleboro; Kevin Maston of Attleboro; Glenn Maston of North Attleboro; four sisters: Gale Bertrand of Pawtucket, Rhode Island; Cheryl Gray in Arizona; Robin Papineau in Florida and Sherri Maston of Attleboro and several cousins, extended family members and dear friends. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Monday, May 5, 2014 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the National historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. For those in need of a ride to visitation simply call 508-695-0200 to make an advance reservation for such gratis transportation. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the National historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro with the Rev. Kelly Thibeault, officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery and Arboretum, Mount Hope Street, North Attleboro. Following graveside services an invitation will be extended to join the family for a time of continued fellowship and remembrance at a location to be announced. Please omit flowers.
