Ralph Raymond Leblanc

March 11, 1942 — December 5, 2018

Ralph Raymond LeBlanc, 76, of Plainville, MA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Attleboro HealthCare in Attleboro, MA.  He was the beloved husband of the late Madeline L. (Cheney) LeBlanc, who died on July 7, 2011.
Born on March 11, 1942 in North Attleboro, MA, he was the son of the late Emil T. LeBlanc and the late Evelyn R. (Plant) LeBlanc.
Ralph proudly and honorably served our country in the United States Navy, and worked for many years as a Polisher for the former Jeweled Cross Company in Attleboro and for Englehard Corporation in Plainville, before retiring.
A resident of Plainville since 1973, he previously lived in Walpole, MA.
He was a longtime member of the Plainville Methodist Church and of the American Legion in Plainville, where he served as Treasurer for many years.  Ralph enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, his late dog, "Patches" and, more than anything in his life, spending time with his family and his cherished grandchildren.
He was the loving father of Jo Anna Cherry of Plainville, MA; Todd A. LeBlanc of Taunton, MA; and Ruthann Wilcha and her husband, Robert Wilcha, of Preston, England.  He was the adoring grandfather of Dylan LeBlanc, Morgan J. LeBlanc, Andrew "Drew" LeBlanc, and Andrew Cherry.  Ralph was the dear brother of Celine R. Hassell and her husband, Donald M. Hassell, of North Attleboro, MA; the late Donald E. LeBlanc, and the late Gloria Jordan.  He leaves several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services with Full Military Honors will be held at a later date and time to be announced in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
