Rachel Ann Marshall, 38, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. She was the beloved wife of Frederick C. Goon, to whom she was married on September 27, 2014.
Born on March 3, 1980 in Westerly, RI, she was the daughter of Deborah Marshall Soo of Westerly, RI and the late Louis Falco Jr.
Rachel received her Doctorate Degree from Sacred Heart University and proudly owned and operated Natural Health & Wellness of New England in Westborough, MA for the past ten years.
A resident of North Attleboro for the past twelve years, she previously lived in Westerly. She attended the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette in Attleboro, MA.
A warm, caring, generous woman who was a natural caregiver since the age of twelve, she had a true passion for her work. Rachel had a lifelong thirst for knowledge who loved reading, hiking, and travel, especially to Jamaica and St. Lucia. She loved being with her family and good friends, and held a very special place in her heart for "Bella", her cherished five-year old chocolate Labrador Retriever.
In addition to her husband, Frederick, and her mother, she leaves her dear siblings: Louis Falco III of Blauvelt, NY; and Estherina Falco of Stony Point, NY; and her brother-in-law, Robert A. Goon. Rachel was the granddaughter of Charles and Barbara DeBartolo of Westerly, RI, and Ronald and Elaine Marshall of Beverly Hills, FL. She was the beloved daughter-in-law of Gladys Goon and Frederick Chaffee.
Friends and relatives are cordially invited to honor and remember Rachel by gathering for a Memorial Visitation on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the Memorial Chapel of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, immediately followed by a Celebration of Life service at 4:00 p.m. at Dyer-Lake Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Rachel to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Massachusetts, 9 Erie Drive, Suite 101, Natick, MA 01760.
