Paula Christine Isherwood

Paula Christine (Fortier) Isherwood, 63, of North Attleboro, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 3, 2016 at her home.Born on August 14, 1952 in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of Norma (Groves) Fortier of Boston and the late Wilfred Fortier.Paula graduated from Foxboro High School and was a resident of North Attleboro since 1990. She was employed in Customer Service by Shaw's Market in Canton, MA for many years. She was an active and energetic woman who enjoyed gardening; cooking; live music; travel; visiting the beaches of Cape Cod and Rhode Island; her cat, "Queenie"; and volunteering at the North Attleboro Senior Center. Paula loved being with her family, most especially her grandchildren.In addition to her mother, she is survived by her cherished son, Nicholas James Isherwood, and his wife, Lauren Marie (Lacedra) Isherwood, of Belchertown, MA and her two treasured grandchildren: Lillian and Jack. She was the sister of Marilyn (Fortier) Perkins of Colorado, Scott Fortier of Maryland, and Steven Fortier, Sr., of Maine; and leaves many nieces and nephews.Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Visitation on Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the historic Colonel Obed Robinson House - 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.
