Paul Gregory Casey

Paul Gregory Casey, 87, of South Attleboro, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Trinity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Woonsocket, RI. He was the husband of Christina "Tina" M. Mikal, to whom he was married on February 14, 1990.
Born on December 27, 1931 in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late John and Grace (O'Connell) Casey.
A resident of South Attleboro for the past thirty years, Paul previously lived in Roslindale, MA.
Paul proudly and honorably served our country in the United States Army, and worked as a Respiratory Therapist at Tufts New England Medical Center for twenty years, before retiring at the age of seventy.
A quiet and private man who enjoyed the simple things in life, he was an avid reader, liked working on crossword puzzles, listening to classical music, bowling, and spending time at home and with his wife. Paul was a longtime member of the South Attleboro American Legion.
In addition to his wife, Tina, he leaves his sons: Mikal G. Casey of New Bedford, MA, and Mark D. Casey of Sanford, NC. He is survived by eight other children, fourteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and two brothers.
Friends and family are cordially invited to honor and remember Paul by gathering for a Visitation with Veteran's Honors on Friday, February 8, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.
Graveside Services with Full Military Honors will be held on Monday, February 11, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Paul to an organization of one's choice to benefit our country's Veterans.
