Patrick Douglas Elwell

May 4, 1966 — June 25, 2021

Patrick Douglas Elwell, 55, of Trenton, Maine, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, June 25, 2021, at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice in Providence, RI after a brief illness.  He was the husband of the late Laurie (Manchester) Elwell and was the lifetime friend and partner of Cheryl L. (Nolin) Harris of Attleboro, MA.
He was born in Machias, ME on May 4, 1966, and was a graduate of Mt. Desert High School in Mount Desert, ME.
Patrick was employed as a boatbuilder for The Talaria Company LLC for more than 20 years.
He was a resident of Trenton, ME for most of his life.  As an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and long ride on his motorcycle. Patrick was a fan of the Marvel series.
In addition, he leaves two children: William Elwell and his wife, Danielle, of Portland, ME and Lindsey Moon of Surry, ME; a brother: Daniel Elwell of Sullivan, ME; and one grandchild.
Public visitation has respectfully been omitted. A Private funeral service will be held for Patrick at a later date.
Graveside Services followed by burial will be held in Ellsworth, ME.
