Patricia A. Ierardi “Pat” (Chisholm), 89, of Plainville, MA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at The Branches of North Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Ierardi.

Born in Boston, MA, on March 2, 1937, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Barrett) Chisholm.

Pat truly cherished the time she spent with her family and friends. She valued the meaningful relationships she built throughout her life and took great pleasure in gathering with those closest to her. Whether sharing conversations, celebrating special occasions, or simply enjoying one another’s company, Pat treasured these moments and the memories they created. Her love for family and friendship was an important part of who she was and will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Pat was also an avid knitter, lovingly creating countless sweaters, socks, blankets, and other handmade gifts for family and friends. Each piece was made with love and care, and her hands brought warmth and comfort to the people she loved. Her knitting was more than a craft—it was one of the many ways she expressed her generosity and love.

She is survived by her loving children, Joseph J. Ierardi of Medford, MA; David Ierardi and his wife, Kate McNutt Ierardi, of Dunstable, MA; James Ierardi and his wife, Ann Sullivan Ierardi, of Braintree, MA; Jude Ierardi and her wife, Suzanne Jones, of Somerville, MA; and Christine and Carlos Jalowayski of Plainville, MA. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Hannah, Daniel, Alec, Michael, Tess, Thomas, Emma, Joseph, Erin, Tyler, Andrew, and Carolyn; dear great-grandchildren, Jacoby and Finn; and many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was the devoted sister of the late Thomas Chisholm and was predeceased by her beloved grandson, Camden Ierardi.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend visitation on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM in the “Memorial Chapel” of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in Transfiguration of the Lord Parish – St. Mark Church, 105 Stanley Street, Attleboro Falls, MA.

She will be laid to rest with her dear husband in St. Joseph Cemetery, 990 Lagrange Street, West Roxbury, MA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association .
