Padmakar Bhagwan Rao Janwadkar, 62, of Wakefield, MA, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington, MA. He was the beloved husband of Sunita Janwadkar.
Born on September 4, 1958 in Hyderabad Telangana, India, he was the son of Leela Bai Janwadkar of India and the late Bhagwan Rao Janwadkar.
Raised and educated in India, he worked for many years as an Engineer in India before his retirement. Padmakar had only recently moved to Wakefield before his death.
He was a man deeply devoted to his family and to his faith.
In addition to his cherished wife, Sunita, and his dear mother, he leaves his loving children: Apoorva Patel and Radhika Janwadkar.
With strict adherence to all applicable COVID-19 precautions, including social distancing and the use of face masks, family and friends are invited to attend a Visitation and Hindu Ritual Service on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, followed by a Traditional Hindu Service and Cremation Service at 11:45 a.m. at North Purchase Crematory, Attleboro, MA.
