Noella "Lou" Helen (LeBeau) Hebert, 84, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Life Care Center of Attleboro in Attleboro, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward Philip Hebert to whom she was married in 1952 and who died on December 31, 2011.Born on December 14, 1933 in Pawtucket, RI, she was the daughter of the late Eleodore P. and Germaine B. (Vincelette) LeBeau.Mrs. Hebert was a graduate of Kinyon Business School, Class of 1950, and attended St. Cecilia's School in Pawtucket. Raised and educated in her native community of Pawtucket, she resided there until moving to North Attleboro in 1958. She then moved to Plant City, FL in 1989, where she lived until returning to North Attleboro in 2015.Mrs. Hebert was employed as an Inspector for Texas Instruments in Attleboro for twenty-two years before retiring on January 13, 1989.While living in Plant City, FL, she was a communicant of St. Clements Catholic Church, where she was a frequent volunteer for church functions, fundraising, and activities. She also worked as a caregiver to the elderly of the parish for many years. After returning to North Attleboro, she was a communicant of St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, planting, playing board games, and taking pictures. She loved chocolate, but more than anything, Mrs. Hebert loved simply being with her family. Mrs. Hebert leaves five children: Steven E. Hebert and his wife, Helen M. (Dorr) Hebert, of North Attleboro, MA; Suzanne E. Cash and her husband, Robert J. Cash, of Rehoboth, MA; Patricia A. Hebert of North Attleboro, MA; Carl J. Hebert and his wife, Jeanne L. (Lafontaine) Hebert, of North Attleboro, MA; and Randy T. Hebert of Attleboro, MA. She leaves nine grandchildren: Matthew L. Shumila and his partner Kim Cox, Kara N. Bush and her husband Gregory, Steven A. Hebert and his fiancée Nicole Thomas, Gregory P. Hebert and his wife Laura (Reiffarth) Hebert, Kaitlyn E. Beauchemin and her husband John, Madison E. Hebert and her partner Matthew McGann, Carl J. Hebert and his partner Adam Bliss, Lindsey A. Cash and her partner Justin Vivian, and Daniel A. Cash and his fiancée Michelle Meneades, and three great-grandchildren: Brooke Noel Shumila, Nathan E. Hebert, and Taylor Marie Shumila. She was the sister of Richard LeBeau of Pawtucket, RI; Donald LeBeau of Attleboro, MA; the late Raymond L. LeBeau, the late Doris R. (LeBeau) Forcier, the late Irene G. (LeBeau) Beland, and the late Marcella M. (LeBeau) Harper. Mrs. Hebert leaves many special nieces and nephews, her extended family, and many dear friends.Friends and family are cordially invited to honor and remember Mrs. Hebert by gathering for a Visitation on Friday, December 29, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend the Funeral Service on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. from the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, North Attleboro, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church, 105 Stanley Street, Attleboro Falls.Burial services will immediately follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Towne Street, Attleboro Falls, MA, at which time she will be laid to rest alongside her dear late husband.Following the burial services, family and friends will be welcomed to join the family for a time of continued fellowship and refreshments at a location to be announced.A Children's Room is available during the visitation and while the funeral cortege is being organized.Those in need of a local ride to visitation may simply call the funeral home at (508) 695-0200 to make an advance reservation for such complimentary transportation.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Mrs. Hebert to "Make a Splash" Pool Fund, c\o Parks & Recreation Dept., 446 Elm Street, North Attleboro, MA 02760.For additional information or to send the family a written expression of sympathy, please visit an online guest book at www.dyer-lakefuneralhome.com .
