Nitesh Mehta

October 16, 1977 — June 9, 2022

Nitesh Mehta, 44, of Sharon, MA, passed away on June 9, 2022, in Boston, MA, after a protracted battle with cancer.  He leaves behind his wife, Preeti Kulkarni, and his daughters, Alisha and Aaria Mehta.
Nitesh was born on October 16, 1977, in Mumbai. He married his college sweetheart, Preeti Kulkarni.  The couple lived and raised their two children in Sharon, MA.
Nitesh loved to be in the company of friends, and his enthusiastic approach to life was inspiring.  He was a calm, balanced, and helpful person who was passionate about live, fitness, and his friends.
Nitesh was an active member of the Sharon community and volunteered his time at several local organizations, namely: Indian American Association of Sharon; Norfolk Indians Social Association; Sharon High School Parent Teacher Organization; Sharon Youth Baseball and Softball League; and Tech Tigers Robotics.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Nitesh's visitation on Saturday, June 11, 2022, from 9:45 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.
Traditional Final Prayer and Cremation Service will be private at Woodlawn North Purchase Crematory, Attleboro, MA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Nitesh to: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
