Miriam Lyons

Miriam Lily (Gill) Lyons, 72, of Plainville, MA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Medway Country Manor in Medway, MA.   She was the beloved wife of Gordon N. Lyons III.
Born on March 15, 1947 in Stoughton, MA, she was the daughter of Frank Gill of Stoughton.
Miriam was a graduate of Stoughton High School and worked for many years as a food server at Target in Avon, MA before retiring.
A resident of Plainville for the past ten years, she previously lived in Middleboro, MA.
A caring and outgoing woman, Miriam enjoyed trips to the casino and bowling.
In addition to her husband, she leaves her daughter, Helen Irene Lyons of Brockton, MA.  She was the sister of Charles Gill, Joseph Gill, and Edward Gill, all of Stoughton, MA.
Private Funeral Services were held at Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.
Burial was private.
