Michael James Mcdade

Michael James McDade, 70, of North Attleboro, MA passed away on August 1, 2022, at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA following a brief illness.  He was the beloved husband of Denise A. (Sargent) McDade.
Born in England on August 18, 1951, he was the son of the late Patrick McDade and the late Joan (Wignall) McDade.
He resided in North Attleboro since 1994 and was a communicant of the Transfiguration of the Lord Parish - St. Mary.
Michael was a proud veteran having served with the United States Navy during the Vietnam era from August 19, 1969, until his honorable discharge on September 14, 1973.
He was last employed as a car salesman in the automotive industry.
Michael was a talented builder of model planes, boats, and ships and even the smallest part of the model would have character and be painted perfectly.
Spending time with his family going places and trips to Cape Cod were among his favorite pastimes and he loved spending time with his pet hedgehog, "Willow".
In addition to his wife, he leaves two children: Dawn Marie Roy of North Attleboro, MA and Jeffrey Scott Parker of North Attleboro, MA; and four grandchildren: Nicholas Collette, Zachary Roy, Jake Roy, and Jack Parker.
Services and burial will be private.
