Mary C. Mencarini

Mary C. (Falcioni) Mencarini, 94, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island passed away unexpectedly at her residence on December 29, 2024. She was the wife of the late Domenico Mencarini.

Born in Central Falls, Rhode Island on December 9, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Falcioni and the late Christina (Cancelliere) Falcioni.

Raised and educated in Pawtucket, RI, Mrs. Mencarini was a graduate of the former Pawtucket West High School.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a knitter for the former Providence Braid & Company in Pawtucket, RI.

She will be lovingly remembered for her seamstress abilities and her talent as an artist and watercolorist.

Left to mourn her loss are her children: Andrea Imondi of Coventry, Rhode Island; Chirstine Mencarini of Cumberland, Rhode Island and Jana Mencarini of Attleboro, MA; four grandchildren
Mikaela Lanphere, Samantha DeSanto, Jessica Imondi, Mary Elaina Cote and four great grandchildren: Cameron Lanphere, Dominic DeSanto, Luca DeSanto and Anthony DeSanto.

She was the last sibling having previously lost her sisters: Josephine Delpivo, Nora Alissi and Elizabeth Petrone and her brother: Joseph Falcioni.

Private visitation and funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, in the "Commonwealth Chapel" of Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.

Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland, Rhode Island.
