Mary "Lynn" Lynn Russell, 63, of Norton, MA, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 8, 2019 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA.
Born on February 1, 1956 in Norwood, MA, she was the daughter of the late Ellery Martin Russell and the late Barbara Ann (Besse) Russell.
Raised and educated in Foxboro, MA, she was a graduate of Foxboro High School and worked for more than twenty years as a Chef and Sous Chef. A resident of Norton for the past fourteen years, Lynn previously lived in North Attleboro and Foxboro.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and the beauty of stained glass. Lynn had a special place in her heart for animals of all kinds, especially cats, and cherished spending time with her family.
Lynn was the loving mother of Brandon Burgess of Simi Valley, CA, and the dear sister of James P. Russell and his wife, Leona Russell, of Attleboro, MA; David M. Russell and his companion, Pam Callahan, of Wrentham, MA; Kathleen M. Russell and her companion, Blane LeMarbre, of Clayton, NC; and the late John Joseph Russell who died on May 25, 2018, and his wife, MaryJane Russell. She leaves her nieces, Kristina Whitten and Amanda Russell; her nephew, Andrew Treannie; her extended family; and many dear friends. Lynn was the former wife of Randall Burgess.
All services will be privately held.
