Mary (Marylou) Louise (Bowes) DelSignore, 71, of Plainville, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. She was the beloved wife of Joseph Francis DelSignore, Jr., to whom she was married on August 31, 1963.Born on January 23, 1945 in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late John Bowes and the late Ellen (Moore) Bowes.A graduate of Jamaica Plain High School, Class of 1963, Marylou resided in Plainville since that time. She was employed at Mini-Systems, Inc. in North Attleboro, MA for more than fifteen years.Marylou was a delightful, outgoing woman who loved spending time with friends and girlfriends, everything Irish, learning about new technology, trips to the casino, and her sweet cat, "Booty". Above all, she cherished her family and time spent with them.In addition to her husband, Joseph, she leaves her treasured children: Elizabeth "Betty" L. (DelSignore) Anderson, and her husband, Steven E. Anderson, of Plainville, MA; and Joseph John DelSignore and his wife, Christine Ricci, of Plainville, MA; four beloved grandchildren: Felicia E. Anderson, Eric B. Anderson, Cassandra C. DelSignore, and Camron J. DelSignore; and her dearest great granddaughter: Jaelynn Cook. She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Nancy Manning of Braintree, MA, and Mary "Penny" Bowes of FL and Norwood, MA; and five nieces: Nicole, Jennifer, Debbie, Karen, and Kelly.Marylou was the sister of the late John Williams Bowes.Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Visitation on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, ¾ mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.Friends and family are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.Children's room available during visitation and funeral services.
