Mary-Ellen Elizabeth (Hill) Farrell, 59, of Attleboro, MA, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Friday, July 10, 2020.
Born in Brockton, MA on November 2, 1960, she was a daughter of the late Jesse and Lois (French) Hill. A resident of Attleboro for the past 10 years, she previously resided in Middleboro and East Bridgewater.
Ms. Farrell was a registered nurse who worked for many years at Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton, at various local nursing homes and was a phlebotomist for various companies.
She enjoyed knitting, reading, listening to music - particularly, rock music, watching movies and cooking. Mary-Ellen will most be remembered for being a truly kind person.
Mary-Ellen treasured trips to Bermuda and watching rain and thunderstorms.
An animal lover, she adored her dog, Riley, and missed her late dog, "Duke".
A devout Catholic, Ms. Farrell was a deeply religious and spiritual person.
She leaves three children: Michael J. Bair, Jr. of Attleboro, Jessica L. Bair and SherriLyn Sherman both of West Bridgewater; one granddaughter; her siblings: Carolyn Anderson of Georgia; Peter Hill of Texas and Steven Hill of New York; her former husband: Michael J. Bair, Sr. of West Bridgewater and several nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
All services for Mary-Ellen have been respectfully omitted at the request of her family.
